Raw hair is the purest and most natural hair available on the market. It has a more authentic appearance and behaves more like your own natural hair making it easier to blend with all hair types of hair. Our raw hair is sourced from Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Cambodia and Burma. Our hair is not chemically processed and lasts 5+ years with proper maintenance. Each bundle may have a different curling pattern or color. It is reccomended to use a moisturizing conditioner & it can can be bleached to 613. Our hair is more expensive than virgin hair.

Maintaining raw hair involves gentle care. Use sulfate-free shampoos, deep condition regularly, air dry instead of heat styling, and protect hair while sleeping with a satin or silk scarf. Regular trims help prevent split ends.

Yes, our hair can be dyed, bleached, and styled with heat. Ensure proper hair care before and after these processes to maintain the hair's health and texture for better longevity. 

Processing time for: 

Custom units is approximately: 15-20 working days. 

Bundles, frontal/closure pieces & RHS essentials: 7-10 days.

Note that the processing time is not the same as shipping time. 

Delivery to Denmark: 1-2 business days 

UK, EU & Rest of the world: 5-7 business days 

Orders placed on Friday will be processed the next working day (Monday).
